Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients (Makes around ½ cup):

  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 50g of your favourite Blue Cheese
  • A generous pinch of smoked or sweet paprika



  1. Add all ingredients into a bowl (reserving a bit of paprika to sprinkle on top).  Mash with a fork until most of the blue cheese is incorporated into the sauce.
  2. Transfer to a ramekin and sprinkle on the remaining paprika.
