Ingredients (Makes around ½ cup):
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 50g of your favourite Blue Cheese
- A generous pinch of smoked or sweet paprika
- Add all ingredients into a bowl (reserving a bit of paprika to sprinkle on top). Mash with a fork until most of the blue cheese is incorporated into the sauce.
- Transfer to a ramekin and sprinkle on the remaining paprika.
