Buffalo wings and Sriracha sauce are two of my favourite things, so why not combine them to make a heavenly wing sauce!
Ingredients (makes enough for 10 wings):
- 1½ cups chilled butter
- 1 cup Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
- a splash of Worcestershire sauce
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan, reserving about ¼ of the butter, and place over a low heat, whisking continuously until all of the butter has melted.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the remaining butter, this will help to produce a thick and glossy sauce.
